| I have a bit of a problem. Due to Nokia's pleasure i have a ruined firmware on my phone. I have upgrded my phone's firmware thru NSU. The update went fine aparently but it appears that my Verisign and Thawte certificates are missing along with all root certificates. Now i can no longer install any signed application. I do have a software that signs java apps with an underground certificate that i also forcedly installed on my phone. I got almost all applications signed with this software and they all work fine and all permissions are on. The only apps i couldn't sign were those from Google and of course MGMaps. I have learned that some apps can be somehow protected and i was told that i need an unprotected version so i can sign it. If i were using MGMaps with a mobile internet connection i wouldn't have asked for this because i can live with the "Are you sure you wanna access the internet?" thing. I want to use MGMaps as an offline Google Map browser with preinstalled maps on the memory card. Now MGMaps goes awaks and ask me from second to second about allowing to acces "User Data" and it drives me crazy. Is there anyway i can get my hands on an unprotected version? Please...i tried all listed versions on the site and i dont want to reupdate my phone cause there is no Nokia Care Center in my town. Plus i have heard that Nokia and only Nokia can put back root certificates on my phone and make them eligible for application signing. I managed to put the root certificates on my phone but couldn't manage to make them eligible. Thanks for hearing me out and i hope there is some way i can deal with the problem. |

Depending on your phone model, maybe this would help? http://forum.mgmaps.com/viewtopic.php?t=2817 |

| Again for everyone. I have a certificate force installed by me on the phone but the MGMaps Jar file is protected and i cannot sign it on my computer. I just need the protection removed. From there i can do my magic. |
