After reading through the tutorial on how to create stored maps on a mobile I have managed to download and display a map with a general zoom level of 12 and a higher zoom level of 17 for a city. I also included the sat map at the same zoom level for the city. The map works fine, but when I try the sat it is okay at lower zoom levels, but then display a message 'please zoom out or refresh your browser'. The map zooms to a scale factor of 30m, but the sat only scales to 500m. Any ideas.
