Hello,

I'm having a problem installing this wonderful software on my htc diamond 2. I've been looking all over the forum but haven't found anything that works for me for this problem.
I've downloaded and installed the .jar and the unsigned version of .jad using jbed, that is running fine, however everytime it accesses files on the storage card it asks for permission, I cannot turn it off, I can only choose from Never allow or Ask next time.
I understand this is a well known problem, I found on the forums a possible solution, which is uninstalling the unsigned version and install the signed version. I tried it, but the jbed installer says 'the root certificate used for Mobile GMaps cannot be found. -56'.
I have tried the 1.3.x stable version, also the 1.4.x dev version, also tried putting mgmaps.jar and mgmaps.jad (the renamed file of the signed .jad file)

What else can I do?

Thank you in advance

Hi there,

I had a same problem.
I'm using Samsung Omnia2(WM 6.5(CE OS 5.2.21872), exactly OZ Omnia).
I installed it a few month ago. And it was very useful app for me.
But I updated my OS in Samsung A/S office a few weeks ago.
And then any version of mgmap can not be installed.
I have got same err messege,' Root certification... -56'
Is it needed to install additional certification from Verisign?

Regards,
Byul
